Fully wet your washed cotton t-shirt, then lay it down flat on the workspace. Or if you prefer a specific pattern, prepare your shirt using rubber bands and one of the pattern techniques shown on the following page. You can also invent your own!
Put on your gloves and place your dots on the t-shirt.
Add water to your dropper then saturate each dot to release the dye!
You can move dots into different positions, or you can experiment with dabbing the dots in different spots or applying pressure with your hands for more intense color saturation.Once your shirt is completely dyed, lay the shirt flat and let dry. Discard used Tie-Dye Dotz™ and gloves in the trash.
Once dried, rinse in cold water. Machine wash separately on a gentle cycle in cold water using a small amount of detergent. Dry on low heat setting.
