Position Summary
We are looking for seasonal help to assist our warranty and returns department. This will include processing returns in the computer, identifying defects, and initiating any exchanges or replacements.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive returns by removing from packaging and assessing information.
  • Process relevant warranty and return information in the computer.
  • Identify any ongoing or consistent issues with returned products.
  • Fulfill warranty requests.
Required Skills/Abilities 
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must have basic computer skills to record information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work individually on projects.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
